Brown cane sugar is a natural, unrefined product obtained by pressing sugar cane, rich in molasses, minerals (potassium, calcium, iron) and B vitamins. It is distinguished by a characteristic golden-brown color, light caramel taste and aroma, which makes it ideal for coffee, tea, pastries and glazes.
Suitable for baking biscuits, cakes, kozunaci, as well as for sweetening drinks.
