Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, cocoa powder, refined palm oil, thickeners (E401, E460, E466), flavour, hazelnuts 0.1%, salt, acidity regulators (E330, E516), preservative (E202), colours (E171), emulsifiers (E471, E450iii).
Use: Ready to use cream, bake, and freeze/thaw stable, for ﬁlling pastry products before or after baking. Used also in confectionary, as it is or in combination with non dairy cream, for ﬁlling and decorating cakes.
Storage: dry and cool places.
