Resistant to heat treatment and freezing creams. They can be diluted or combined with cream, syrups, margarine and others.
Long product durability: 6 months in finished product.
Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, apricot 2.2%, thickeners (E460, E466), flavour, colour (E160a), salt, acid (E330), preservative (E202), antioxidant (E300).
Use: Ready to use apricot cream, bake, and freeze/thaw stable, for filling pastry products before or after baking. Used also in confectionary, as it is or in combination with non dairy cream, for filling and decorating cakes.
Storage: dry and cool places.
