Resistant to heat treatment and freezing creams. They can be diluted or combined with cream, syrups, margarine and others.
Long product durability: 6 months in finished product.
Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, sugar, coconut flakes 7%, modified corn starch, sweet whey powder (milk), thickeners: (E460, E466), vegetable coconut oil, acidity regulator (E270), salt, colour (E171, E160a), preservative( E202), flavour, emulsifier (E472e).
Use: Ready to use coconut cream, bake, and freeze/thaw stable, for filling pastry products before or after baking. Used also in confectionary, as it is or in combination with non dairy cream, for filling and decorating cakes.
Storage: dry and cool places.
