Description
Before use, the product should be kept in the fridge for 12 hours, in order to cool it down to 60-120 Celsius. Pour the product into a clean cold bowl, till one quarter of its volume. Start whipping at low speed in order to avoid splashing, and then pass to high speed whipping. Do not whip too much.
Besides the color, the taste and the looks of the final product, Prontalluso without sugar gives you a special volume and a creamy consistency.
The whipped Prontalluso Nature without sugar can be kept in the fridge, in a covered bowl. After the package was opened, it should be kept in the fridge and used in a few days. During the whipping, milk, water, sugar, cocoa or other additives can be added to the product, and this fact doesn’t influence the consistency, the shape or the way Prontalluso Nature without sugar presents itself till the next day (without pores or holes), on the condition that the final products are kept in good temperature and humidity conditions.
Prontalluso Nature without sugar is produced under a combined system ISO 9001:2008 plus HACCP.
Package: 12x1 liters in one carton box;
Storage: The product should be kept in a fresh dry place, at a temperature not exceeding + 200C. Do not freeze!
