Description
Prontalluso, the vegetable whipping cream, is a modern product of exquisite quality, used after whipping as it is, for filling and decorating cakes, or in various combinations (with flavors, cocoa, instant coffee etc), for the production of a wide range of light creams, based on non dairy cream.
Prontalluso is a vegetable whipping cream which perfectly substitutes the dairy cream, having a much better stability at high temperature in summer time or in regions with warm climate all year long.
Prontalluso can be successfully used in all confectionery applications where the dairy cream was traditionally used. Before use, the product should be kept in the fridge for 12 hours, in order to cool down to 60-120 Celsius.
Pour the product into a clean cold bowl till one quarter of its volume. Start whipping at low speed in order to avoid splashing, and then pass to high speed whipping. Do not whip too much. From one liter of Prontalluso you will obtain more than 3 liters of vegetable whipped cream, due to the high whipping capacity of our product. The whipped Prontalluso can be kept in the fridge, in a covered bowl. After the package was opened, it should be kept in the fridge and used in a few days. During the whipping, milk, water, sugar, cocoa or other additives can be added to the product, and this fact doesn’t influence the consistency, the shape or the way Prontalluso presents itself till the next day (without pores or holes), on the condition that the final products are kept in good temperature and humidity conditions.
Prontalluso is produced under a combined system ISO 9001:2008 plus HACCP.

Shelf life: 10 months
Storage: The product should be kept in a fresh dry place, at a temperature not exceeding +200C. Do not freeze!
