Description
The materials for making paper forms are carefully selected and of the highest quality raw materials.
Forms are certified by UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 Management Systems for Quality and is in line with European standards. It is also certified with BRC to packaging and packaging materials.
Paper form tart is made of non-stick, oil resistant, corrugated paper, approved for direct food contact. The base is made of non-stick, cardboard, micro-perforated paper also approved for direct food contact.
Printing inks used to decorate the paper form are completely harmless and can withstand high temperatures and spray lubricants without shows bleeding and without placing inks harmful to health. Panettone forms are suitable for self use and do not require metal "boxes" for baking.
