Pane Luciane Bianco 5% is a premix for the preparation of classic aromatic Mediterranean breads and baguettes. Premix content dry olive oil and souer dough. Specialy design for industrial production of artisan bread. Bread prepared with this premix has a very good volume stabel texture crumb. Top skin with a golden brown color, freshness and softness for over 10 days. Easy work and good result for making of bread, buns, ciabatta, baguette in industrial line.
