Improver for maximum volume, freshness, stability, good elasticity and taste. Stability during fermentation. For flour with less gluten, 1-5 mm extension of gluten. This product is good for industrial bread, filo dough, focacia, pizza, burek.
Dosage: 1-5 g per 1 kg of flour
