MADRE BIANCO Light is acid for wheat type bread with acidity degree 400. Suitable for all kinds of special bread from spelt, ray, wheat.
Good freshness of the product, corrects bad indicators of high-release flour, amylase activity, mold, improve stability of crumb, make sking with tipical color and shine. It can be combined with different mixes and improvers.
Dosage: MADRE BIANCO 0.4 - 1.5% based on the total amount of flour.
