The submerged blade ensures even mixing. Cleaning is not required as the blade is located at the bottom of the tank.
The tank is equipped with a wide opening airtight cover (anaerobic) allowing flour and warm water (45 °) to be easily added.
It has 2 flaps: a top flap fitted to a minimum level of safety (to keep the minimum amount of freshness in the freshness) and a low-drain valve for complete drainage of the machine.
