Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, vegetable palm oil, thickeners (E401, E460, E466), flavour, salt, acidity regulators (E330, E516), preservative E202, colour E171, emulsifiers (E471, E450iii), colour E160a, vanillin.
Use: Ready to use cream, bake, and freeze/thaw stable, for ﬁlling pastry products before or after baking. Used also in confectionary, as it is or in combination with non dairy cream, for ﬁlling and decorating cakes.
