Resistant to heat treatment and freezing. May be diluted or combined with cream, syrups, margarine and the like.
Long durability in the article: 6 months in a finished product.
Use: Ready to use vanilla cream, bake, and freeze/thaw stable, for filling pastry products before or after baking. Used also in confectionary, as it is or in combination with non dairy cream, for filling and decorating cakes.
Storage: dry and cool places.
