Description
Dulcinea dairy cream is 35% fat and is the top product for decoration and cake filling. Unsweetened, it can be flavored with various other ingredients.
Dulcinea owns:

For a better result, it is recommended that the product stays in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before breaking. Beat at a temperature between 6 and 8 degrees. Shake the box well before shredding.
The UHT processing and the security of the Tetra Pak 1 litre package, gives Dulcinea long shelf life and easy storage.
The production of Dulcinea is ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP certified.
Package:
- one liter Tetra Pak, UHT processed;
- 12 liters in one carton box;
- 864 liters per pallet.
Shelf life: 10 months.
Storage: The product should be kept in a fresh dry place, at a temperature not exceeding +200C. Do not freeze!
