Cocoa Crumble is made by grinding butter biscuits in special granulating machines, sifting them through calibrated vibrating sieves, and finally coating them with Cocoa Butter. This process waterproofs the product and preserves its crunchiness. It's ideal for enriching gelato and adding a touch of crunch, but it's also suitable for creating bases for semifreddos, cakes, single-serving desserts, cheesecakes, and ice cream cakes.
