Filling containing roasted walnut for yeast-raised doughs and nut baked goods. The nut filling is stable when frozen and is an exquisite and customised ready-to-use filling, which is produced from selected and stringently controlled raw ingredients. The overall nut content is 50%.
Ingredients:
Walnuts, sunflower seed, soya break, sugar, bread crumb (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), whey powder, potato starch, salt, aroma, ascorbic acid E300.
