Recipe:
1.000 kg Cookies Blend Soft
0.350 kg Margarine Gold 80 (art.N: LB904331)
0.075 kg water
0.300 kg pieces of chocolate / raisins / nuts
Mix all products and mix at first rate with mixer for 3 min. Add chocolate / raisins / nuts and mix for another 1 min. Shape and roast 180 degrees for 8 min.
