Eskimo is the ideal margarine for folded dough products, whatever puff pastry or Danish pastry recipes, for fresh baked products or deep frozen products. Composed only of vegetable fats, with an exquisite plasticity and flavor, with an easy to handle packaging concept, Primo reaches the highest expectations of the folded dough producers. In the 20kg box, there are 10 slices of margarine, 2 kg each, individually packed in blue plastic foil. Advantages: - you save the time needed to cut a piece of margarine from a block; - you save the time needed to weigh the needed quantity of margarine; - you save the time needed to bring the margarine to the plate shape and right thickness. For an optimum folding, the consistency of the margarine should be similar to the consistency of the dough.

 

Primo is produced under a combined system ISO 9001:2008 plus HACCP. Package: 600 kg per pallet. Shelf life: 6 months.
