PRO + is available in two versions: P12 with capacity for small volume production and P17 offering high performance for large volume markets.
Completely made up of modules and adaptable to different configurations, PRO + can be loaded right or left, either side or front.
The unique design of the flour tray, with its smooth internal walls, ensures that the flour does not stick. Made of stainless steel for optimum hygiene and easy cleaning. It is equipped with an intelligent double-sided chute system (using both sides of the chute, prevents moisture build-up and sticking). PRO + is able to adapt to the highest levels of production while guaranteeing optimal quality bread.
