Low glycemical bread premix for diet, diabetic and health live. Includes indigestible starch (14% from all starch in this bakery product) acording regulation 432/2012 EE with the statement: "Replasment of digestible starches with indigestible starch in food contributes to reducing the increase in blood glucose following a particular nutrition.", which is demonstrated on the basis of a clinical study of diabetes centers. It has a low glycemic index of 47.5 and a glycemical load of 7.1, it is an enriched source of fiber and vitamins and is enriched with B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12) and trace elements (Fe, Ca, K, P).
